We want you (and your pup!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item is unopened and unused.

There is a genuine issue or defect with the product.

Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened items unless the product is faulty or damaged.

2. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

3. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:

We will provide a return shipping label.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund:

Email us at support@supsforpups.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will replace or refund affected items accordingly.
